How moderation works

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Packs and public dubs are made by players. We combine approval of new packs, an automated check of dubs’ audio and reports from the community.

Before publication

Submitted packs wait for the team’s approval before they become available in the public library. Their author must confirm that they hold the necessary rights or permissions. A dub submitted for publication waits for its audio to be transcribed automatically; certain banned terms prevent it from going live. This check covers the recognised words and can be wrong or miss something. It does not guarantee that the video or its rights have been fully checked.

After publication

Every public dub has a “Report” button. A report is recorded for review; several separate reports can hide the publication automatically. Moderators can then keep it removed or restore the content, depending on the case. To report a pack or a rights infringement, use the copyright report form.

What to include in a report

Give the link to the pack or dub, the problem you noticed and, if needed, the information that lets us verify your request. Don’t send unnecessary sensitive personal data. For a request about a protected work, see the dedicated procedure.

Removal and review of a pack

Copyright reports receive a case reference. The team examines the information, may ask for more details and records its decision. A removal blocks the pack on the site and triggers the clean-up of the hosted files. To add to the case or request a review, write to [email protected] with this reference. Lifting the block requires a new upload and a new approval of the pack.

Applicable rules

The community rules describe prohibited content and the possible measures. If your own pack was refused, the reason may be shown in the app; you can also write to us at [email protected].
