Copyright and imported content

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Creator mode lets you import a video to turn it into a dubbing pack. You must hold the necessary rights or permissions to use this video and, if you publish the pack, to share it. A work found on the internet, on television or in a film remains protected unless a permission or an applicable exception covers it.

Your responsibility when importing

Before publishing, check your rights over the picture, the sound, the music and the other elements of the video. Prefer your own creations or content whose licence clearly allows this use. Publishing a pack can make it available to other players.

Report a work used without permission

Use the report form, available without an account. A reference number lets you follow your exchanges with the team. You can also write to [email protected] with the exact link to the pack or dub, a description of the work concerned, evidence that you represent the rights holder and a way to contact you. You can also report any other illegal content from the Contact page.

Review, removal and repeat infringement

The team reviews the information received and may remove or disable access to the content concerned. It may ask for more details if the request does not make it possible to identify the work or the publication. In the event of repeated publications infringing the rights of others, access to publishing may be limited or the account suspended, depending on the circumstances.

A report does not lead to automatic removal. After the team’s decision, the pack may be blocked and its files deleted. Lifting the block does not restore deleted files: a new upload and a new approval are then required.

Questions about content

If your pack was removed and you believe you hold a permission, contact [email protected], giving the link to the pack and any information useful to verify it. See also the rules and the legal notice.
