Terms of sale

Version of 24 October 2026 (2026-10-24)

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made on the website trytoact.com (the “Service”): virtual coins, packs of cosmetic content and the ad-removal option (together, the “Digital Content”). They apply to every purchase made by a user acting as a consumer (the “Buyer”).

Any purchase requires prior acceptance of these Terms and of the Service’s rules. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order; it is recorded with each order.

2. Seller

The Digital Content is sold by Link, a Stripe service, acting as reseller (merchant of record): Link concludes the sale with the Buyer under its own terms, shown on the payment page, collects the price and remits the taxes due.

The Digital Content is published and supplied by the publisher of the Service (see the legal notice), who remains responsible for its delivery and conformity: Thomas Hamard-Benaiteau (Hamard), sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as ZeusInLabs.
Address: 1 rue Albert Calmette, 49300 Cholet, France

Intra-EU VAT number: not assigned

3. The Digital Content offered

Coins and cosmetic items have no monetary value: they cannot be refunded in cash, converted, exchanged or transferred to another account, and cannot be resold. They grant a personal, non-exclusive right of use, revocable under the conditions of article 9, and not a property right. They are attached to the Buyer’s account. The essential characteristics of each offer (content, number of coins, price) are presented before the order.

4. Account and capacity

An account (sign-in with Google, Discord or Twitch) is required to make a purchase. The Buyer declares that they are of age or, if they are a minor, that they have their legal guardian’s permission to make the purchase.

5. Prices

Prices are shown at the time of the order, in euros, pounds sterling (United Kingdom) or US dollars (other countries outside the European Union) depending on the country the Buyer connects from. Depending on their country, the Buyer may be offered to pay in their local currency, converted by Link at the time of payment. Prices include all taxes: the VAT or sales tax due in the Buyer’s country is included in the price shown, calculated and remitted by Link, and itemised on the receipt. The publisher may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. No delivery fee is charged.

6. Order and payment

The Buyer chooses an offer, accepts these Terms and the waiver of the right of withdrawal described in article 8, and is then redirected to the secure payment page of Link (Stripe). Payment is due immediately and is made by the methods offered on that page (including bank card). The publisher neither receives nor stores bank card details.

The order is final as soon as the payment is confirmed. Link sends a receipt by email to the address given at payment; questions about the payment itself can be asked at support.link.com.

7. Delivery

The Digital Content is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed, by crediting the Buyer’s account (coin balance, cosmetic inventory or ad-free option). If there is a delivery problem, the Buyer can contact [email protected], giving the date of the purchase and the account’s email address.

When a pack contains a cosmetic item already owned, that item is replaced by its equivalent in coins at the shop price.

8. Right of withdrawal

In principle, consumers have fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

However, under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

As the Digital Content is delivered immediately after payment, the Buyer is asked, before paying, to tick a box by which they expressly request immediate performance of the order and acknowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal. No order can be placed without this consent. This consent, its date and the version of the Terms accepted are recorded with the order and confirmed to the Buyer in an order confirmation email sent after payment (article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code).

Consequently, once the Digital Content has been delivered, the order can be neither cancelled nor refunded, except in the cases provided for in article 10 or by law.

9. Refunds, disputes and suspension

Link handles bank disputes and may, in some cases, grant a refund within 60 days of the purchase.

If a payment is refunded, by the publisher or by Link, or disputed with the bank (chargeback), the corresponding Digital Content is removed from the account: the coins concerned are deducted from the balance and, if they have already been spent, the account shows a negative balance to be settled before any new purchase; the ad-free option is deactivated.

In the event of a serious breach of the rules (fraud, cheating, circumventing the Service’s protections…), the account may be suspended or deleted; unused coins and items are then lost, without prejudice to the rights the Buyer holds under the law.

If the Buyer deletes their account, the coins and Digital Content attached to it are permanently lost, with no refund.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

The Buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity (content not delivered, inaccessible or not matching its description), the Buyer may request that the content be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract, by writing to [email protected].

If the Service is permanently shut down, the publisher informs Buyers at least 30 days in advance, by a message on the site and, where it knows it, by email. The Digital Content remains usable until the shutdown date; it has no monetary value and is neither refundable nor convertible, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Personal data

The data needed to process orders is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. The purchase history is included in the data export available from the account settings.

12. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving the Buyer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the conditions provided for by law; in particular, the consumer may bring the matter before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded.

14. Changes to the Terms

The publisher may change these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those accepted when placing that order.
